Coach Spradley is a Goldthwaite native. She graduated from Goldthwaite High School in 2003. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree and teaching certification from Tarleton State University in 2007 and ultimately completed her Master's in Education in 2022.

Coach Spradley has coached Cross Country, Basketball, Track & Softball for the Lady Eagles. She is also the FCA Sponsor for all students. She is an active member of First Baptist Church.
